Pure bakers yeast extract, which impacts body and savoury taste to a whole series of foods providing an excellent base for a wide range of savoury application.

•Expresa
Brewers yeast extract which can be used as a good base for dark meaty flavours and snack foods. Providing robust, meaty and aged cheese notes.

•Engevita
Inactivated dried yeast that provides clean bland/yeasty or toasted taste profiles with the option of added vitamins. Used in health food applications, crackers and seasonings.

•Maxavor
Yeast Extract based process flavours, manufactured without the addition of HVP, MSG, GMP, IMP or caramel colour. Roasted characters are a key strength to this product group, Dark roasted, Beef, Chicken and Pork.

•Plantex
Yeast extract based compound flavours, delivering specific flavour characteristics, ranging from Chicken, Pork, Fish, Cheese and Beef. Free from HVP.

•SavorKey
A sophisticated highly concentrated Maillard reaction flavour, which is designed to provide high impact at low dose rates. No added MSG, HVP free, non GMO, no animal proteins or fats. Included in the range is, Boiled Beef, Boiled and Sautéed Chicken.

•Maxarome
