•Sodium caseinate
Sodium caseinate is a creamy-white powder, bland in taste, which offers excellent emulsifying properties combined with high heat stability. It is used for the application in meat products, coffee creamer, whipped toppings, imitation cheese and for the yoghurt stabilisation.

•Calcium caseinate
Calcium caseinate is a creamy- white powder with good emulsifying properties and excellent nutritional values. It is used for the application in the sports-and dietetic industry, for recombined milk and the enrichment of cheese milk.

•Whey protein concentrate
Whey protein concentrate is available with different protein contents and is produced by ultra filtration. Due to the high water binding capacity and the excellent nutritional value it is used for the production of yoghurt, ice cream, healthcare and sports nutrition in the bakery and meat industry.
