Fatfilled whey product.

•Protofett
Protofett is a fatfilled whey powder derived from delactosed whey. As a result of the special production process, the albumin/globulin proteins retain their functional and nutritional properties.

•EW-feed
EW-feed is produced from high quality rennet whey by concentrating, crystallizing and separating of lactose, followed by spraydrying of the motherliquor. As a result of the mild processing conditions the functional and nutritive properties of the albumin/globulin proteins are fully retained.

•Bormofet
Bormofett is a fatfilled wheypowder, based on sweet whey and first quality fats. As a result of the special production process (spray drying) the fat is present in very small particles and encapsulated by the protein. Therefore the digestibility is very high and the risk on fat oxidation almost excluded.
